I used to refuse to even walk in a thrift store and then a few years ago I went with my sister and I have been hooked ever since! Sometimes you can find some really great things and then other times it's a bust. Like this past week I went to a couple of thrift stores with my friend and we literally found like a couple of things. I haven't found a great thrift store near me but I am going to find one......hopefully. I really like to bargain shop because well I'm a mom and I just cannot justify spending a ton of money on clothes when they are going to get something spilled on them or tore up. I will occasionally splurge but it has to be something I absolutely love.
Technically the only thing from the thrift store here is my purse but everything else is super cheap and I mean this whole outfit is under $40!!
First up this purse. I got really lucky with this, I was looking everywhere that day for a purse similar to this one and the first thrift store we walk into it was hanging up right in the front! I snatched it right up. I just love the way it brings a little bit of a feminine vibe in with the casual look.
These pants are super cheap from Forever 21 and I just distressed them myself. They are actually a favorite of mine and I dropped a pen and got ink on the leg so I just went ahead ad distressed them and they are super comfy.
I picked this shirt up for $4.00 at Tj Maxx. It is seriously so comfy and soft. I love old band tees and I couldn't find any at the thrift stores so I was so excited to find this on the clearance rack at Tj Maxx.
These shoes I think were $10 at a Macys Outlet. I also have them in gold they are so so comfy!
